Order Confirmation
- Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation on your registered email or mobile number.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order verification (in case of COD).
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of high demand, processing time may slightly increase.
Shipping & Dispatch
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners.
Order Tracking
- You can track your order using the tracking link provided after dispatch.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may be attempted.
- Additional charges may apply in such cases.
